Fees range from 0.8% to 1.5% of your payment, depending on the payout method chosen for your landlord. Additional fees may apply for credit card processing and wire transfers.
  • 1. E-Interac or Wire (ACH) Payout
    • Base Rent: $1,000
    • PayQue Fee: 0.8% of $1,000 = $8
    • Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.9% of $1,000 + $0.30 = $29.30
    • Total Cost: $1,000 + $8 + $29.30 = $1,037.30
  • 2. Physical Cheque Delivery
    • Base Rent: $1,000
    • PayQue Fee (for cheque): 1.5% of $1,000 = $15
    • Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.9% of $1,000 + $0.30 = $29.30
    • Delivery Cost: $1.50
